Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work one shift between Monday-Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts between Friday-Sunday
- High-energy individual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Physical ability to perform active work during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Physical ability to perform active duties throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Monitor courts and ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- Manage the front desk including guest check-ins and information dissemination
- Host parties and coordinate event activities ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operate café services including food preparation and sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist in general park maintenance and cleanliness
