The role of Team Member at Urban Air Tallahassee involves a range of responsibilities including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café positions, making it a dynamic and varied position well-suited for energetic and customer-focused individuals. Job Duties
- Monitor courts and ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- Manage the front desk including guest check-ins and information dissemination
- Host parties and coordinate event activities ensuring guest satisfaction
- Operate café services including food preparation and sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist in general park maintenance and cleanliness
