Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
