Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- willingness to comply with company dress code
- ability to handle cash and POS systems responsibly
- must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol if duties include alcohol sales
- completion of required alcohol service training and certification

Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion
- ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- possession of good public speaking skills

- ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- problem-solving skills to gather relevant information and reach conclusions
- excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management
- ability to set goals, manage time, and prioritize tasks
- completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling or serving alcohol
- ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system and managing cash drawer accurately
- upselling premium viewing experiences
- promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- ensuring ticket sales adhere to MPAA rating system and company policy
- responding to guest inquiries by phone and in person
- preparing and cleaning concession equipment
- complying with food safety laws
- abiding by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- ensuring alcohol certification and training are current when applicable
- tearing tickets and directing patrons
- inspecting bags when applicable
- managing crowd control and helping guests find seats
- conducting in-theatre inspections for quality and safety
- reporting issues to management
- performing concession sales in auditoriums
- cleaning auditoriums and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, lobbies, and hallways
- monitoring vending equipment operation
- assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
