Job Requirements

completion of cast certification program and box office cashier training or progress towards completion
legal age for selling or serving alcohol if duties require
completion of state or local alcohol service training and certification if applicable
good public speaking skills
ability to perform calculations and identify errors
strong problem-solving skills
excellent communication skills
ability to work under pressure
meet physical demands including standing walking lifting and vision requirements

Job Duties

operate POS system including handling cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes and coupons
upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences such as 3D RPX IMAX
promote Regal Crown Club program
ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
respond to phone calls and guest inquiries consistent with service philosophy
prepare and clean concession equipment and manage concession inventory
comply with food safety laws and alcohol service regulations
tear tickets and manage admission in auditoriums
inspect backpacks and conduct crowd control
conduct in theatre inspections for picture sound quality and security
report issues to management
assist with cleaning and opening closing duties
