Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required as training is provided
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate cash registers and manage drive-thru service
- prepare and cook food orders following company standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
- operate kitchen equipment including fryers and griddles
- promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
