Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
customer service skills
team collaboration
willingness to learn
must be willing to obtain a food handler's license
ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to perform repetitive motions and walk throughout shift
ability to maintain visual and auditory engagement
abide by workplace hazards including exposure to electrical current and cleaning agents

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
strong customer service skills
team collaboration and communication skills
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to follow health and safety regulations
basic math skills
proficiency with relevant computer software is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n's standards and procedures
follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
utilize appropriate cooking techniques and equipment
adhere to proper holding times and temperatures
package food products securely in approved containers
conduct quality checks on finished products
provide exceptional hospitality by wearing the complete and proper uniform
maintain eye contact and engage warmly with customers
follow cash handling and security protocols
collaborate effectively with teammates and welcome coaching
communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
follow guidelines for safe food handling
maintain cleanliness in all restaurant areas including lobby, kitchen, and restrooms
ensure the parking lot and exterior are litter-free and inviting
participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
