Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- must be able to perform the essential functions of the position

- must be willing to obtain a food handler's license
- ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform repetitive motions and walk throughout shift
- ability to maintain visual and auditory engagement
- abide by workplace hazards including exposure to electrical current and cleaning agents
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- strong customer service skills
- team collaboration and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- basic math skills
- proficiency with relevant computer software is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n's standards and procedures
- follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
- utilize appropriate cooking techniques and equipment
- adhere to proper holding times and temperatures
- package food products securely in approved containers
- conduct quality checks on finished products
- provide exceptional hospitality by wearing the complete and proper uniform
- maintain eye contact and engage warmly with customers
- follow cash handling and security protocols
- collaborate effectively with teammates and welcome coaching
- communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
- keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
- follow guidelines for safe food handling
- maintain cleanliness in all restaurant areas including lobby, kitchen, and restrooms
- ensure the parking lot and exterior are litter-free and inviting
- participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
