Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Consistently and courteously greet and thank each customer
  • manage complaints courteously and efficiently according to company policy
  • promote sales using suggestive selling techniques
  • maintain an immaculately clean environment
  • conduct efficient and accurate sales transactions
  • generate accurate and legible shift reports
  • know and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • perform all duties required on Shift Duty Checklists
  • adhere to all regulations concerning job responsibilities and store operations
  • follow posted work schedule and proper clocking procedures
  • communicate efficiently and professionally with store manager and co-workers
  • perform merchandising duties including pricing, promotions, stocking, and maintaining merchandise appearance
  • ensure all food and food preparations meet quality and sanitation standards
  • assist in training new sales associates
  • attend required training sessions
  • never discuss company business in the presence of customers
  • perform other duties as assigned
