The Team Member role at Burger King is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant. Responsibilities include interacting directly with guests to provide timely and courteous service, accurately preparing and verifying orders according to brand specifications, and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment. The Team Member works closely with Restaurant Managers, General Managers, and Assistant Managers to uphold operational standards and boost customer satisfaction. In addition to serving food, the role requires restocking stations, handling inventory, operating kitchen equipment like fryers and slicers, and performing various tasks across multiple positions within the restaurant such as front counter service, drive-thru, food production, and dishwashing. This position requires flexibility in work hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and train in multiple areas.   • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks

Job Duties

  • Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast, efficient service in a friendly manner
  • Provide a product of superior quality, prepared according to company specifications
  • Maintain established speed of service standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests
  • Verify the accuracy of guests' orders
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the company
  • Handle cash according to the company's cash policy if required
  • Train and be proficient on the required team member position with completed tests
  • Restock stations and assist with other assignments to prepare for business or meal periods
  • Unload and stock inventory items as needed
  • Operate fryers, tomato and onion slicers
  • Use knives and other sharp utensils
  • Support service by working a variety of positions as assigned including front counter, drive-thru, food production, washing dishes and equipment
  • Follow policies and procedures as written in training programs for each position worked
  • Make guests feel special
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
