Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen and communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to operate cash register and POS system
- Commitment to follow uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with Jack in the Box policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Age at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service
- Prepare and serve quality food according to Jack in the Box standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant interior and exterior
- Handle guest orders accurately via POS system
- Assemble menu items ensuring quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
