The Team Member role at Arby's is pivotal, involving direct interaction with customers and hands-on experience in food preparation and restaurant operations. Team Members are responsible for taking accurate orders, preparing made-to-order food items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within both the dining and kitchen areas.
