Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift between Monday-Thursday and two shifts between Friday-Sunday
- Must be energetic and able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic cash handling experience
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform active job duties
Job Duties
- Monitor court activities to ensure safety and compliance with park rules
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk providing excellent customer service
- Host birthday parties and special events, managing set-up and guest engagement
- Operate the café, handling food service and cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately
- Provide support to team members and supervisors as needed
