Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Positive and outwardly friendly attitude towards all guests
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
- Committed to displaying the McAlister's Touch in all customer interactions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS)
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain a state-approved license
- Strong knowledge of team leadership principles
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting
- Engage in genuine conversation with customers
- Take accurate orders and manage cash responsibly
- Deliver properly prepared orders to guests
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
- Craft menu items following McAlister's recipes and standards in back of house
