Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Team member must obtain a health certification at his/her own expense within 60 days
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various restaurant roles
- Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare and assemble menu items following quality standards
- Host and coordinate birthday parties and special events
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of gaming areas and dining space
- Assist in food prep and dough making under supervision
- Participate in team training and development activities
