The role requires team members to perform various tasks including operating cash registers, preparing sandwiches and side items according to Miller’s recipe standards, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and providing outstanding customer service. Employees will rotate among workstations such as cashier, grill, fryer, sandwich maker, and slicer for team members over 18 years old. This flexible approach to job duties keeps the work engaging and allows employees to expand their skills and support their fellow teammates effectively.
