The Team Member position is a vital role within the restaurant, often serving as the first point of contact for guests and instrumental in maintaining smooth restaurant operations. This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, collaborating closely with the Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to uphold the company’s operational standards and procedures. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant Managers, Team Members engage directly with guests and the field operations team to ensure every customer's experience is positive and memorable. The role requires attentiveness, a positive attitude, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring speedy and friendly service, preparing products according to company specifications, verifying order accuracy, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment, handling cash transactions if required, and supporting various operational duties such as restocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Additionally, Team Members are expected to be versatile—able to assist in different stations including the front counter, Drive-Thru, food production, and sanitation areas. This role demands adherence to all company policies and training procedures, ensuring that employees are knowledgeable and proficient in their designated positions. The bakery of skills and abilities needed ranges from basic computer and calculator use to effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with the physical capability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and working near hot or moving equipment safely. The position is offered to individuals aged 16 and older who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment, willing to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends. Job Duties

  • Ensure a positive guest experience by providing fast, efficient service in a friendly manner
  • Provide a product of superior quality prepared according to company specifications
  • Maintain established speed of service standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests
  • Verify the accuracy of guests orders
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the company
  • Handle cash according to the companys cash policy if required
  • Train and be proficient on the required team member position
  • Restock stations and assist with other assignments to prepare for business or meal periods
  • Unload and stock inventory items as needed
  • Operate fryers, tomato and onion slicers
  • Use knives and other sharp utensils
  • Support service by working a variety of positions including front counter, Drive-Thru, food production, washing dishes and equipment
  • Follow policies and procedures as written in training programs for each position worked
  • Make guests feel special
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
