Urban Air Naperville is currently seeking qualified, energetic individuals to fill various roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk Attendant, Party Host, and Cafe Staff. These positions are crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of the park and ensuring all visitors have an exceptional experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the availability to work at least one shift from Monday to Thursday and two shifts from Friday to Sunday. The roles require a high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and a willingness to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Although previous experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, it is not mandatory. The nature of the work is physically demanding, so athletic-minded individuals are encouraged to apply, although all team members are expected to perform at equal levels of physical capability.

Job Duties
- Monitor court activities to ensure safety and fair play
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk
- Host parties and manage event logistics
- Take and process customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area

- Assist with various park operations as needed
