Urban Air Overland Park is currently seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join their team for multiple roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café positions. These roles are ideal for people who enjoy working in a dynamic, team-focused environment within a fast-paced entertainment facility. Applicants must have dependable transportation to and from the park and must be able to commit to working at least one shift between Monday and Thursday and two shifts between Friday and Sunday. Urban Air encourages but does not require athletic-minded individuals to apply, recognizing the physical nature of the job and the need for all team members to perform at equal or greater levels of physical activity. Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday and two shifts Friday through Sunday
- Must be physically able to perform job duties involving standing and active movement
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must have basic math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
Job Duties
- Monitor guest activity on courts to ensure safety and compliance
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk
- Host parties ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
