Urban Air Noblesville, one of the company's prominent parks, is actively seeking qualified and energetic individuals to fill multiple roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café positions. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with people and want to be part of a fun, dynamic team. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from the park and be available to work at least one shift between Monday and Thursday, as well as two shifts between Friday and Sunday. This ensures sufficient coverage during peak times, particularly on weekends when the park sees the highest visitor volume.
The roles at Urban Air are well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for customer service. High-energy and physically capable applicants are encouraged to apply, as these positions involve active tasks and require team members to maintain equal or higher levels of performance. Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the park
- Ability to work at least one shift Monday-Thursday
- Ability to work two shifts Friday-Sunday

Job Qualifications
- High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Monitor courts and ensure safety of all guests
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk
- Host parties and coordinate activities
- Manage café operations and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with park operations as needed
