Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- reliable transportation to and from the park
- availability to work at least one shift Monday through Thursday and two shifts Friday through Sunday
- ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- customer-focused attitude
- cash handling capability
Job Qualifications
- high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
- experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation
- strong communication skills
Job Duties
- monitor courts to ensure safety and enjoyment
- manage front desk activities including guest check-ins and inquiries
- host parties and coordinate event activities
- operate café services and handle food and beverage sales
- provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
