The role being offered is an entry-level Team Member position, where no previous experience is required, making it an accessible opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Team Members are vital to the success of Krispy Kreme's customer experience. They ensure that customers receive friendly and efficient service while maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store. This role involves direct interaction with customers, taking orders accurately and promptly, handling payments, restocking products to maintain freshness, and keeping up-to-date knowledge about products and current promotions.

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed and loved
- Take and complete orders timely and accurately
- Accept payment for products and ensure delivery of correct change
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
- Restock products to ensure freshness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop
