The Crew Person role is an entry-level position responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the restaurant to ensure guests have a positive dining experience. - Must be at least 16 years of age

- must have reliable transportation to work
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to work around heat
- able to lift 50-75 lbs comfortably
- able to work with various cleaning products
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follows all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive superstar service
- works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks the station area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- prepares, packages, and delivers all products according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures
- follows all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
- properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- demonstrates oral communication skills
- communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
- performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned
