The Team Member role at Caribou Coffee is essential, serving as the heart of the Caribou experience and directly impacting the quality of service and the overall guest experience. As a Team Member, individuals are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality through personalized, attentive service and expertly prepared hand-crafted beverages that meet Caribou's high standards. Ideal candidates for this position are at least 16 years old and available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. While prior experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service environments is preferred, the company is committed to providing training and development opportunities to help new team members succeed. Physical demands include the ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts that last between 4 to 8 hours. Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests

- Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
- Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to Caribou standard operating procedures
- Float between barista and guest service roles and willingly fulfill all team member responsibilities
- Take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
- Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- Actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- Differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- Understand that the team is managing multiple priorities and willingly take direction from leaders
