White Castle is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join their team and contribute to creating memorable moments for customers, also known as Cravers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those with or without fast food experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip new employees with the skills needed to excel. The position is hourly, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.20 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation includes a potential annual holiday bonus based on company performance.

As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, team members deliver excellent customer service, operate the cash register and drive-thru, prepare food orders, uphold strict sanitation standards, and work with kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles.
