The Team Member role at Dillas Quesadillas is essential to maintaining the brand’s mission—"To Build Community through Quesadillas." Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift and carry, push or pull objects up to fifty pounds occasionally
  • Ability to kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs
  • Ability to reach and grasp objects
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
  • Ability to understand and follow company procedures and standards
