This particular role—shift manager—requires a highly responsible and motivated individual who will oversee and manage all aspects of a shift at one of the Team PRIDE stores. Shift managers are entrusted with ensuring smooth operations during their shifts, encompassing a wide range of duties such as cost control, inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Because the shift manager sets the tone and example for the crew, adherence to company policies and procedures at 100% compliance is mandatory, and the shift manager is expected to inspire the same from the team.
