Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of Jack in the Box. It's important to note that this opportunity does not make you an employee of Jack in the Box Inc. but rather of the independent franchisee who owns and manages the restaurant. This franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. As such, you will be working closely within a team that values flexibility, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The restaurant focuses on delivering high-quality food and an exceptional guest experience through dedicated staff members who contribute to its welcoming atmosphere.

The role being offered is that of a Team Member, a vital position responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests both inside the restaurant and at the drive-thru window. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, accurately handling transactions at the cash register, preparing and storing food and beverages according to health and safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room and restaurant exterior. This role demands attention to detail to ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders which contributes directly to a positive guest experience and customer satisfaction.
