Working closely under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors, the Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring that every guest experience is positive and memorable. This full-time position involves direct interaction with guests and collaboration with other team members, requiring a commitment to professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency. Team Members are expected to take on various responsibilities, including food preparation, order processing, maintaining cleanliness standards, and inventory management. Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies
