Job Description

Urban Air is the preeminent indoor adventure park and the market leader in location-based entertainment. Founded and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Urban Air pioneered the adventure park concept and has grown to become the largest adventure park operator in the world. The company specializes in providing unique and exciting indoor entertainment experiences, combining physical activity and family fun in a safe and engaging environment. With a focus on promoting active lifestyles and encouraging kids and families to aim higher, Urban Air creates spaces where guests can enjoy a variety of thrilling attractions including trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and more. Their mission centers around helping children to have fun while achieving goals they may have never thought possible, fostering confidence, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment.

Urban Air Adventure Parks operate multiple locations across the United States, each staffed by energetic and dedicated team members committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring patrons’ safety. Urban Air Bellingham, one of these locations, is currently hiring qualified and energetic individuals for several positions including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host, and Café team members. These roles offer opportunities to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with guests of all ages and contributing to memorable experiences for families and individuals.

The Team Member role at Urban Air Bellingham is designed for individuals with high energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule that includes at least one shift between Monday and Thursday and two shifts between Friday and Sunday. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a physically engaging setting, as the positions often demand a moderate level of physical activity. While previous experience in retail or hospitality and cash handling skills are preferred, they are not mandatory, as Urban Air provides training for successful candidates.

This employment opportunity is ideal for those seeking part-time work with a fun component, especially individuals who enjoy an active, interactive workplace. Urban Air encourages, but does not require, athletic-minded individuals to apply due to the physical nature of the business. The company promotes an inclusive environment where equal levels of performance and commitment are expected from all team members. Urban Air Bellingham is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, offering a supportive workplace where employees can grow their skills and advance within the company. Team members play a critical role in maintaining the park’s vibrant environment, contributing to daily operations, guest satisfaction, safety enforcement, and event hosting. Overall, the Team Member position presents a unique chance to join a market-leading company that prioritizes fun, innovation, and community engagement.
