Working under the direction of General Managers and Assistant Managers, the Team Member supports restaurant operations by maintaining speed of service, handling cash transactions when required, restocking stations, and assisting in inventory management. A Team Member may be assigned to various positions throughout the restaurant, including front counter, Drive-Thru, food production, and dishwashing, allowing for a dynamic and varied work experience. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a professional demeanor. Physical demands of the job include frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to occasionally crawl and climb

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to talk, hear and have good vision including close vision and distance vision
  • Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts
  • Willingness to work in wet, humid conditions, extreme heat, and exposure to electrical shocks
  • Ability to safely handle sharp utensils
