The Caribou Coffee Team Member role is highly interactive, requiring a blend of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and operational expertise. You will be expected to create personal connections with guests, make knowledgeable recommendations, and actively listen to enhance the guest experience. On the operational side, you will hand-craft beverages according to Caribou’s high standards, prepare and serve food offerings, manage cash handling tasks, and support your team in various capacities. This position requires physical stamina as you will be standing, bending, and moving for 4 to 8 hours per shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
