The Team Member will be essential in driving the distinctive Snappy Salads experience by greeting guests warmly, accurately taking orders, and ensuring prompt and courteous service. This role demands a hands-on approach where you will also be responsible for food preparation tasks such as slicing and chopping vegetables, storing ingredients safely, and maintaining overall cleanliness both in the kitchen and throughout the dining areas. Attention to detail in following operational policies, especially those concerning cash handling and safety, is critical to uphold the standards of the restaurant.

Working as part of the Operations department, the Team Member contributes to the overall efficiency of each shift by helping set up and break down the restaurant, handling guest concerns professionally, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
