The Team Member position at BURGER KING is a vital role responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. This role functions under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors, working closely with Restaurant Managers and other team members. Team Members act as the primary point of contact for guests, maintaining a positive atmosphere through friendly interactions and efficient service. Key responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, receiving orders, processing payments, preparing and packaging food and drink products, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and the exterior environment.

This full-time position requires prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts, adherence to health and safety standards, and compliance with Burger King’s uniform and grooming policies.
