The role offered is an entry-level team member position that forms the backbone of the White Castle experience. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you develop the skills needed for success. This position requires enthusiasm, energy, friendliness, and a customer service-driven mindset to help create memorable moments for Craver Nation – White Castle’s devoted customer base. You will be involved in various day-to-day responsibilities, including working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation standards, operating the fryer and griddle, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

The job offers competitive weekly pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $19.20 per hour based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, an annual holiday bonus dependent on company financials may be available.
