Job Requirements
- Stand for long periods of time
- bend and stoop
- work around heat
- able to lift 50 - 75 lbs comfortably
- work with various cleaning products
- able to follow company procedures
- physically fit to handle kitchen equipment in tight quarters
- willing to work in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- reliable transportation to work
- willingness to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Follow all company guest service guidelines and procedures
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock the station area(s)
- prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
- handle all food products following food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- follow company cash control guidelines
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment and facilities
- demonstrate oral communication skills and communicate effectively with various contacts
- perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
