The company is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join the 'Bou Crew' at their location in Fargo, North Dakota. The Team Member role is fundamental to the Caribou Coffee experience. Team Members at Caribou Coffee are entrusted with the responsibility of creating day-making experiences that resonate positively with every guest. They do this by developing personal, ongoing relationships with guests, practicing active listening, and anticipating their needs. Team Members proactively solve opportunities, demonstrate product knowledge and hospitality, and make enthusiastic recommendations to delight those they serve. Beyond customer interaction, they handle various operational tasks including preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards, managing cash transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and fulfilling multiple roles within the team as needed.

Physically, the position requires the ability to perform tasks that include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing for periods ranging from 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving frequently during the shift.
