The Team Member role at Restaurant Brands California is a frontline position essential to delivering seamless customer service and operational excellence at our KFC locations. As a Team Member, you will be primarily responsible for interacting with guests, taking and processing orders accurately, handling cash transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every visit. This position demands a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping all areas—including dining rooms and bathrooms—clean and welcoming. Beyond cashier duties, Team Members also support food preparation tasks such as cooking side dishes and assembling orders from the packline.

This full-time role offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $22 per hour and includes various shifts such as day, evening, and weekend schedules, providing flexibility to meet diverse availability. The position is classified as at-will employment, meaning either the employer or employee can terminate the relationship at any time without notice or cause, consistent with applicable laws.
