Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast food or customer service environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-50 pounds repeatedly
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Operate cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- Prepare customer orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all areas
- Work fryer and griddle stations
