The Team Member (TM) role is pivotal to the store's day-to-day success, providing essential support across operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. This responsibility includes tasks such as performing cashier duties efficiently and courteously, managing front-end operations, and delivering excellent customer service at every intervention point.
Additionally, the TM handles freight activities including unloading, processing, and stocking merchandise according to the store's merchandising guidelines. The role also involves maintaining the store’s visual presentation through condition management, housekeeping, and general store recovery tasks both inside and outside the building. Such responsibilities ensure that the retail environment remains inviting and organized, contributing positively to the customer experience.
The Team Member is instrumental in completing assigned daily and weekly tasks, ensuring these responsibilities are performed efficiently and on time. This role requires active participation in key operational areas such as customer satisfaction, inventory control, shrink prevention, safety, and loss prevention. - ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
