As a Team Member at Tasty Chick'n, you will be at the heart of the restaurant’s daily operations. Team Members are tasked with preparing menu items according to strict recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Additionally, maintaining freshness and food safety by adhering to proper holding times and temperatures, rotating stock, and following safe food handling protocols is fundamental to this position.

Beyond food preparation, providing exceptional hospitality forms a key part of the Team Member's responsibilities. This includes wearing a neat, complete uniform, maintaining professional grooming standards, and engaging warmly with customers. You will also be expected to handle cash transactions accurately while safeguarding sensitive information and adhering to security protocols. Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and management are essential to foster a positive work atmosphere and deliver consistently excellent service.

Team Members play a vital role in ensuring all areas of the restaurant remain clean, sanitary, and inviting throughout their shift. This involves regular sanitation of food prep surfaces and equipment, prompt cleanup of spills, keeping the dining lobby, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, restrooms, and exterior free from litter and mess. Participating in routine deep cleaning tasks and maintaining proper inventory organization are also important aspects of this role.

This non-exempt position reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager or Manager on Duty. The job requires a minimum age of 16 years and the ability to perform essential functions, including lifting up to 20 pounds, standing for extended periods, and engaging in repetitive motions. Tasty Chick'n emphasizes growth, offering extensive training programs and clear pathways for advancement, whether aspiring to become a Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant General Manager.

Job Requirements
