The Team Member role at Restaurant Brands California is pivotal to the dining experience provided to customers. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including operating the cash register to ring up guests, processing payments, providing receipts, and ensuring that transactions are smooth and error-free. Your role will also include interacting directly with customers, assisting them in selecting meals, and engaging in suggestive selling to enhance their dining experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as cook, customer service, or cashier desired
  • Ability to prioritize work and demonstrate problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and team management skills
  • Availability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
