The Team Member (TM) role is integral to the store's daily functions and overall success. As a Team Member, you will contribute to the store's operational excellence by supporting several key processes including front-end cashier duties, freight handling, merchandising, and overall store maintenance. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage physical tasks such as lifting and stocking with energy and efficiency. The TM not only upholds company procedures but also drives a selling culture that focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

In this position, the Team Member will be expected to perform a variety of tasks with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency. Your responsibilities will range from processing customer transactions accurately and quickly to replenishing merchandise and ensuring the store's presentation meets company standards. You will assist in managing inventory through freight processing, conducting store recovery tasks, and participating in efforts related to safety, loss prevention, and shrink control. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and will be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Capability to lift 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
Ability to use hands and arms to handle objects
Ability to stand or walk for long periods
Ability to bend, climb, and reach
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team

Flexibility with multiple tasks and priorities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency
Execute all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely

Perform cashier and front-end duties ensuring accurate and efficient transactions
Process freight, sort and stock products according to store merchandising guidelines

Complete daily and weekly workload tasks efficiently and on time
Actively participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts
Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
