Your duties will include welcoming guests, conducting gym tours to introduce prospective members to the facilities, handling membership sign-ups, and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the gym are consistently excellent. Additional responsibilities involve managing phone and point-of-sale transactions, addressing member inquiries and concerns, and assisting with billing issues when necessary.

Chuze Fitness is committed to employee development, so part of your role will involve regularly updating your skills and knowledge through training sessions and utilizing the company’s Learning Management System. You will be knowledgeable about all facilities, membership plans, workout programs, and equipment, helping members maximize their fitness experience. For locations that feature a smoothie bar, you will also prepare and serve smoothies, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction are met.
