Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- availability to work early mornings, weekends, and varied shifts
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- willingness to provide friendly and engaging customer service
- able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- able to stand, sit, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- strong multitasking skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- previous restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- prepare and serve quality bagels and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
- operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions
- assist in restocking and inventory management
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
