Job Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- enrollment in high school or high school diploma preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- ability to interact comfortably with guests
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
- willingness to work around heat and in close quarters
- ability to handle cleaning products safely
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills
- capable of communicating effectively with management, guests, and co-workers
- bilingual skills a plus
- minimum age of 15 years
- demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- ability to interact comfortably with guests
- ability to view restaurant operations from guests’ perspective
- initiative and problem-solving skills
- ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks
Job Duties
- Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
- work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- clean and stock the station area
- perform other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensure all guests receive hot, quality products prepared and packaged according to menu standards
- handle food products according to company procedures including food safety and sanitation requirements
- follow steps outlined in the crew person training program to learn new skills and improve performance
- communicate with immediate supervisor when additional training or guidance is needed
- understand the impact of job responsibilities on guests, employees, and operations
- keep supervisor informed of any issues affecting operations
- consistently meet job expectations to positively impact sales and profits
- support the goals and directives of restaurant management
- perform additional duties as directed
- follow all company food and cash control policies
- comply with cost control guidelines
- properly use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities
- comply with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- follow all safety, security, and emergency policies to maintain a safe environment
- hold self accountable for methods and processes to perform tasks
- model and encourage CKE shared values focusing on guest satisfaction, integrity, respect, communication, and performance orientation
