Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 15 years

Job Duties

  • Consistently provides quality product and guest service experience
  • follows all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • works assigned station accurately and productively
  • cleans and stocks station areas
  • prepares, packages and delivers all products according to menu standards
  • handles all food products according to company procedures
  • follows food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • follows steps in the Crew Person training program to improve skills
  • communicates training needs to supervisor
  • understands impact of job responsibilities on guests, employees, and operations
  • keeps supervisor informed of issues affecting operations
  • meets job expectations by accomplishing work during shift
  • supports restaurant management team directives
  • follows food and cash control guidelines
  • uses products, supplies, and equipment properly
  • complies with company policies and standards
  • follows safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • maintains safe, secure environment
  • holds self accountable for task processes and results
  • models and encourages company shared values including integrity and respect
