Job Requirements

Minimum age of 15 years
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to work around heat
Ability to work in close quarters with others
Ability to move throughout restaurant and observe operations
Able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
Ability to work with various cleaning products

Job Qualifications

Enrollment in high school
High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others as a team
Capable of effectively communicating with management, guests, and co-workers
Bilingual skills are a plus
Ability to meet performance standards and take initiative
Problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Provides total guest satisfaction by delivering quality products and service
Follows all guest service guidelines and procedures
Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
Cleans and stocks the station area
Prepares, packages, and delivers products according to menu standards
Handles all food products according to company food safety and sanitation requirements
Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
