Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 15 years
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work around heat
- Ability to work in close quarters with others
- Ability to move throughout restaurant and observe operations
- Able to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
- Ability to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Capable of effectively communicating with management, guests, and co-workers
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to meet performance standards and take initiative
- Problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provides total guest satisfaction by delivering quality products and service
- Follows all guest service guidelines and procedures
- Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively
- Cleans and stocks the station area
- Prepares, packages, and delivers products according to menu standards
- Handles all food products according to company food safety and sanitation requirements
- Performs other cleaning duties as assigned
