Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • compliance with dress code and attendance policies
  • willingness to complete training and certification programs
  • ability to comply with food safety and alcohol regulations if applicable
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • handling of emergency situations when called upon
  • general cleaning duties
  • compliance with company dress code
  • operating POS system and managing cash drawer and transactions in Box Office
  • upselling and promoting premium viewing and loyalty programs
  • ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA and company policy
  • responding to guest inquiries professionally
  • operating concession equipment and managing inventory
  • complying with food safety and alcohol service laws
  • inspecting auditoriums and managing crowd control
  • assisting guests with seating
  • conducting in-theatre inspections
  • reporting issues to management
  • performing cleaning and maintenance
  • assisting with opening and closing duties
