Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate POS systems
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- compliance with dress code and attendance policies
- willingness to complete training and certification programs
- ability to comply with food safety and alcohol regulations if applicable
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Completion of cast certification program
- progress towards box office cashier certification
- legal age and certification to sell or serve alcohol if applicable
- good public speaking skills

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- handling of emergency situations when called upon
- general cleaning duties
- compliance with company dress code
- operating POS system and managing cash drawer and transactions in Box Office
- upselling and promoting premium viewing and loyalty programs
- ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA and company policy
- responding to guest inquiries professionally
- operating concession equipment and managing inventory
- complying with food safety and alcohol service laws
- inspecting auditoriums and managing crowd control
- assisting guests with seating
- conducting in-theatre inspections
- reporting issues to management
- performing cleaning and maintenance
- assisting with opening and closing duties
