Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk for a minimum of 3 hours or as needed
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Manage potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- Food safety certification required within 30 days for Illinois applicants

Job Duties
- Work multiple stations including load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front as directed by a shift leader or manager
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety
- Restock food line, chips, and cooler
- Prepare quality finished products such as sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, and ice cream efficiently
- Use the automatic slicer to prep food items if 18 or older
- Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and utensils
- Take out trash
- Operate cash register including handling, balancing, and following all cash handling procedures
- Effectively handle customer complaints and issues
- Take delivery, catering, and pickup orders over the phone
- Perform other duties as assigned
