Job Requirements
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching motions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Create a positive dining experience for guests
- Operate as cashier, drive-thru operator, front of the house, and kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Communicate respectfully within team environments
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism
- Follow established food preparation and service procedures
