Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- able to reach and move items from six feet to six inches off the ground
- ability to safely operate kitchen equipment such as sheeter machine and vertical cutting mixer (must be 18 years or over)
- ability to work outside holding a sign (must be 18 years or over)
- ability to apply pressure to cut and clean products
- ability to count, separate and weigh food products and inventory
- effective communication skills including reading, speaking, hearing, and writing
- ability to understand direction, instructions and product specifications
- ability to process and complete customer orders

Job Duties

- operate and control equipment safely including sheeter machine, vertical cutting mixer, and other kitchen tools
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- process and complete customer orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
